Frequently Asked Questions

How do we get started?

To ensure your needs are clearly understood and achievable, we prefer to conduct our initial discussion either over the phone or via skype. (Face to face meetings can be arranged for Bendigo based clients). We will then prepare a Proposal of Partnership, and arrange for a Client Agreement to be signed by both parties. This document will confirm your needs, agreed timeframes and payment details. This document also sets out other important factors such as privacy and documentation ownership.

How do we communicate?

We operate virtually. The options available for communication are via email, phone, skype or social media private message options.

How do we ensure best results?

Communication is the key to great results. Whether it’s social media marketing, event coordination, or business management, your desired outcome is important to us. We are working together for the benefit of your business, so please keep us informed of any new updates for your business.

How much does it cost?

As we recognise that no two Clients are identical, we offer a variety of partnership options. Chose from pre-paid packages, retainer packages or hourly rates payment options to help meet the needs of your business.

Pre-paid. Pre-paid packages are for clients who are unsure how much they will outsource. They are a good starting point for a new partnership. Purchase the number of hours you need – 10 hours, 20 hours or 50 hours. The packages are charged in advance to reserve the number of hours your business will need virtual support. The hours are valid for 6 months after purchase.

Retainer. For clients who need ongoing support, we recommend retainer packages. These packages are recommended for clients looking for an Online Business Manager, or Virtual Assistant who can manage the day-to-day operations of the business. The packages are charged monthly, in advance, for a predetermined number of weekly hours of virtual assistance.

Hourly rate. We also offer hourly rates – suitable for ad-hoc tasks and projects.

$67 per hour for standard requests. $75 per hour for urgent jobs, public holidays or weekend requests.

All prices quoted are before adding GST.

What about additional costs?

If we make purchases on your behalf – with your approval, the cost of these items will be added to your invoice. This may include, but is not limited to; marketing material, gifts, catering, postage or specific stationery.

What are the payment terms?

Unless otherwise agreed in our service agreement, payment terms are 7 days.

What are the payment options available?

Executive Virtual Associate’s preferred payment option is direct credit. Bank and account details provided on our invoices. Other payment options include cash, bank cheque and paypal. Payment method will be confirmed in our service agreement.
